1. Booking Cancellations (Property Transactions)

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a property booking is cancelled by the client within 7 days of payment and before execution of any legal documentation or agreements, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative and processing fees.

  • Cancellations after 7 days or post agreement signing (such as MOU, Agreement to Sale, or Allotment Letter) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In case of project delays or regulatory issues, refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in line with legal obligations.

Developer/Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Carmen Trinity Ventures LLP cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., project issues, legal hurdles), the full amount paid by the client will be refunded without deductions.

2. Consultation or Service Fees

  • Consulting fees, property inspections, or advisory services once availed are non-refundable.

  • If a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation, we may consider a rescheduling or partial credit, subject to management approval.

3. Payment Gateway and Processing Charges

  • Any transaction or processing fees paid to third-party payment gateways are non-refundable, even in the case of an eligible refund.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • The client must provide valid proof of payment and identity for initiating the refund process.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Buyer defaults on payment milestones.

  • False information or misrepresentation by the buyer.

  • Breach of agreement or violation of terms by the client.
